How does your money-back promise work?
To allow you to buy with complete confidence, every order is covered by our straightforward money-back promise. Before returning your lenses for a refund, please contact our Customer Care team quoting your Order Number
Need to return your lenses?
We aim to supply you with the best product and service possible. While we strive to achieve 100% satisfaction we recognize that there may be some circumstances when you need to return your lenses. If so, please contact us.
If you are not satisfied with the comfort or vision
Please contact us quoting your Order Reference Number. This will allow us to prepare a refund to the full value of the original order. The refund will be paid once we receive the returned lenses.
If your lenses arrive damaged
Please contact us immediately quoting your Order Reference Number and giving details of the damage. All orders are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit but, in extreme circumstances we recognize that damage may happen and we will respond rapidly. We will immediately send a replacement order to you, and may ask you to return the damaged items to us so that we can investigate the cause.
If the Powers of any of the lenses you receive are NOT the same as you ordered
Please do not wear any of the lenses. There may have been an error in your order details, or in picking the order. Please contact us. We will generally respond by despatching a "corrected" order to you free of charge, and ask you to return the original lenses sent.
If you wish to cancel within 10 days of receiving your order
Please contact us. Provided you have not used the lenses we will make a no-quibble refund, to the full value of the original order, upon return of the order in good condition.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the card/account which was used to purchase the lenses.
