Introduction

1. By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Daysoft Limited.

 Eligibility to Enter

1. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of Daysoft Limited and subsidiaries, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Daysoft Limited.
2. By entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 
3. The competition is limited to one entry per person and/or email address. No entrant may win more than one prize and the competition is completely free to enter.
4. To enter, visit www.daysoft.com and sign up to our newsletter or follow the link and instructions on the competition email sent to existing Daysoft Limited customers ensuring you fully complete the sign-up process to win 1 of 9 prizes.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
6. The opening date for entries is XX:XX AM GMT on XX/XX/XXXX and the closing date for receipt of entries is XX:XX AM GMT on XX/XX/XXXX.
7. Each entry must be suitable for display and publication online and should not be obscene or indecent, it must not contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business or group, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations.

 The Prizes

1. There will be 9 winners in total. One winner will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher.  3 winners will each receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher. 5 winners will each receive a £25 Amazon.co.uk voucher. 
2. The use of specific brands as prizes by Daysoft Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.  This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
3. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
5. The decision of Daysoft Limited on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 Winners Announcement

1. The winners will be chosen at random and notified via their email address provided on XX:XX AM GMT on XX/XX/XXXX. 
2. The winner's first and last name and country of residence will be announced on our Facebook page.
3. Daysoft Limited will make two attempts to contact each winner via email.
4. If any individual winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Daysoft Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

 Delivery of the Prizes

1. Each winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

 Data Protection and Publicity

1. You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Daysoft Limited for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
2. Each winner’s details (name and country) may be made available on request to those emailing YourTeam@daysoft.com within ten weeks after the closing date.
3. All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing YourTeam@daysoft.com.

 Limitation of Liability

1. Daysoft Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

 General

1. Daysoft Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
